Can I modify or enhance, by download and re-upload a recording done by phone? If not, it should be a feature, as the time for a call and the speed in which the message is delivered is important

We used the application itself to phone-record the audio scripts. In recording them, we had too much dead space at the end of each recording. My questions relates to editing those recordings

Hi,
About the dead space that you are getting at the end of each recording, you can use a touch-tone phone to terminate the prompts so that there is no end silence.
About your question on editing those recordings, we'll add this to our feature request page.
One last thing: if your recordings are in a simple database table, they show up as "Play Audio URL" in the interface. From here, you can right click and download the linked file (if your web browser allows for it) so you could download audio files that have been stored.

Hey,
Would you find it useful to have a feature that attempts to trim trailing silence from recordings made within an application? We could offer this as a menu option for the Voice Recording module. You'd activate it, the trailing silence on recordings would be automatically trimmed before the recording is saved to your data table.
