Topic: Total System outage 7/2 6:50 AM - 8:05 AM

Hi - the system was out completely this morning for at least an hour.  What happened?  Anyone calling into our quickfuse toll-free number got an error message and hang up.  The quickfuse website was down.  The quickfuse support forum was down.  Even the plumvoice support forum was unavailable and with errors.  We got complaints from customers trying to log in to our quickfuse timecard system.

Please let us know what happened and if any more downtime is anticipated!

Hi,

There was an outage on Saturday morning that had caused the QuickFuse system to fail. Our engineering team had resolved the issue and are putting additional monitoring in place to ensure this issue does not occur again.
