Topic: Having issue with voice recording
We have a recording module in our script to record people's names that call. Today we have had several employees tell us that they got caught in a loop - it obviously thought that there had been no input and the "silence" option points back to the same recording. Can you please check to see if there has been any intermittent issue that would cause this fault? We have never had any issues with the recording module before but today we have already gotten 3 calls with the same issue, and were able to reproduce it once. However it is intermittent.
