Topic: Minimum time on the line before billing

Hello;

I'm curious - are there any plans for offering a $0.01 (or maybe less) fee for making a connection, then a per-minute fee?  I could see it costing $1 or more per successful connection if you were using this for robocalls and such.

Hi Travis,

How do you figure the prices you mention?  Per-minute rates would only reach $1 if you were calling outside the continental US (and to an expensive destination, like a satellite phone)--anything within the continental US is $0.05 for the first minute.  Are you planning to call internationally?

We do bill as soon as the connection is made, so a 3 second call is billed for the full first minute--should be a nickel for most US destinations.  So just to connect, one call is effectively a nickel.
