Topic: Messaging not working

Hello, I have two test apps written in my account. When I try to use them they each fail at either the SMS or email function. I have noticed that when I press "run" the test call to my designated number times out on the screen and yet if I wait long enough I do get a call to the phone. I am also not seeing the visual indicators of where the call is in the process as I had earlier. I would appreciate it if you can help to identify the performance issues.

For email, please make sure your Gmail credentials are correct. The "from" field should be your email address, not your name. For more details, you can check out the documentation here:

SMS is disabled for demo accounts, however we have temporarily enabled it on your account.
