Topic: Insert into database does not work - applications freeze

Both of our applications hang upon use of an "Insert into database" module. If you stay on long enough it gives you a "an error occurred" message.  Also, the SOAP call for both applications which happens during post-call processing is not occurring, regardless of whether we have the simple databse call in or not.  Is there some issue with both the simple database call and the SOAP call in post-call processing?  This makes the applications useless for us.  This behavior began on Wednesday August 13th and we are unable to resolve it.

Could you share the application to this account? (Username: admin) Could you also describe step by step what the caller has to do to recreate the problem?

It appears to have magically fixed itself on 8/23 around 11 PM.  So no further need for assistance.  I will let you know if it reoccurs.
