Topic: Transferring to an 800 number
Im trying to transfer calls to an 800 number but it drops the call after 1 ring. Is it possible to transfer to an 800 number or does it have to be a local number?

You can define a custom timeout for each of your transfer modules. Click on the transfer module's menu and check "custom timeouts." From there, you can specify how many seconds you want your phone to ring.
