Topic: Call hangs up after one ring

After people navigate our menu they are connected with a phone. Unfortunately the number rings once then hangs up on the caller before we can pick up. This just started happening a couple weeks ago, even though no changes have been made to the system in months.

How do i fix it?

You can define a custom timeout for each of your transfer modules. Click on the transfer module's menu and check "custom timeouts."  From there, you can specify how many seconds you want your phone to ring.
