I am trying to preview my call center set-up and more often then not play back on audio for the menu modules do not play all the way through, if I replay sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.

My first thoughts is that it is just demo-ing the system on the fly, so the phone tree is unstable, is this the case? Or should it play back confidently all the time? Please let me know at your earliest convenience.
