Topic: IVR does not complete the menu. It hesitates and then stops.

I noticed that the IVR hesitates and stops while it goes through the primary menu.  I did not change the primary menu at all just added text to the answers after they hit the prompt.  Can you please listen to the IVR and see what may be going on.  Call 888-329-8550.

By adding text to the "Or Say" textboxes for your Simple Menu module, you're enabling those responses to be possibly said by the user.

So, during the long prompt for your Simple Menu module, if there is any interruption with speech or a loud background noise, it could bargein on the prompt, causing you to hear a possible nomatch message with the prompt repeating again.

If you delete those "Or Say" values, the intro prompt will not be bargeable or interrupted by speech or background noise.
