Topic: System outage 11/12 9 pm - 11/13 9 am
We experienced a system outage from 11/12 9 pm to 11/13 9 am. All callers in to our application got an error message and disconnected within 10 seconds. 38 customers and 133 calls were affected. The system seemed to be back on line at around 9:05 AM this morning.
Do you have a reason for this Quickfuse system outage? It seems like this must have been a maintenance outage but we had absolutely no warning of it and 38 of our customers were disrupted.
Interestingly enough, you still seem to be billing us for those calls.
