Topic: Account - Call Me not working & Unable to assign numbers

The issues with my account:

1.) When using Fuse and having the application “Call Me”, the system calls me but does not run the application. My phone rings, but I hear silence when I answer it.

2.) Assign # not working. When I click assign # for one of my applications the pop-up window says "You have no numbers." This is incorrect. The other user to our account sees the numbers we have available and can assign numbers to our applications.

The other user for our account had the same issues, this was escalated and his account was repair. Please repair my account.

Hi Ed,

You do not have any phone numbers assigned to your account. I see the other users GKearney and bjordan have one phone number each. Users do not share phone numbers with each other. Each account must have their own phone numbers. To get more phone numbers, please contact provisioning (at) plumgroup.com
