Topic: Post-call Processing not working for redirected calls

I have used the 'insert into table' option for Post-call Processing in my app.

The number associated with this app is 8776044515. When I call this number directly, I see a new row in my DB. There's another number that forwards all its call to 8776044515. When I call this number, the app works perfectly but the post-call processing somehow does not work. I dont see any rows in the specified DB corresponding to the call. Any particular reasons this might be happening?

How are you forwarding the call? We find that post call processing works fine when you use a bridge transfer to a Fuse app. Please let us know how you are transferring your calls to your Fuse app.
