Topic: when I dial my number I get a message saying this wireless customer...

when I dial my number (888 601 3015) I get a message saying that the cellular customer is unavailable. Sometimes it is in spanish. This is very unprofessional, and it might mean I have to stop using your service. I just got a direct call to my cell from someone who says they had been trying to reach us through the system for over a week. Please advise and compensate.

We have looked into this issue with this number and have confirmed the behavior you have described. We have reported this matter to our carrier for a resolution and once we have an update from them, we'll be sure to let you know.

This issue with your number should now be resolved. We have placed numerous test calls into this number and have not received an "all circuits busy" message for any of those calls.
