Thank you.  I did do that, but it still played the computerized voice.  I also removed the transfer module and added it back in again, but it still played it.

I wanted a simple IVR for one of our products.  I have a simple prompt, followed by a transfer and then End App. I am having difficulties removing the computerized voice or rerecording for the transfer prompt.  What am I missing?  Please advise.  Thanks!

Additional Notes...When they press '2' for Spanish, they don't get the Spanish menu, but the English menu.  We don't have this issue with other LATAM numbers.

Hi there,

Our customers from Peru (0800-55374) are dialing into our IVR, and they can't seem to Press '2' for the Spanish menu.  We have not made any changes to the IVR in the past several months.  Please assist as our callers cannot get to the agents.  Thank you.

We have a local number for Dominican Republic starting with 829 and it stopped working for the last 9 hours.  When I call the number, it says that it's not in service.  Please help.  Thanks.

I'm trying to download our IVR Call Metrics, but I got this error message. 

<b>Fatal error</b>:  Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1048576 bytes) in <b>/usr/local/apache/htdocs/synappsprod/modules/simpledb_tables/controllers/sdb_csv.php</b> on line <b>55</b><br />

We are in the process of creating a database for this info, but we have limited resources at this time.  Would we be able to get some support for this?  It's kindly appreciated.

When our customers hit our IVR, they are asked to "Press 1 for English and press 2 for Spanish".  Some customers are saying that they when they press '2', it doesn't go to our Spanish menu.  After a short while, it defaults to the English menu.  This seems to be happening sporadically.  Please help.  It's angering our Spanish speaking customers.

When I try to download my simple db (IVRCallMetrics) through the API or the web interface I am getting this error:

This db is not particularly large (2600 rows.).  May I get some help resolving this issue?

Hi,
I was wondering if there was a way to block a phone number from calling our IVR without having to code the logic into the app?
I have a pretty good grasp of how I could create this functionality in the app, but I was wondering if there was another way to do this.

We've also experienced the assigned number not showing up for us, though when we called the number it was still attached to our IVR.

We found that the account's login name was case-sensitive and only if you login with the proper casing (upper/lower case) did the assigned number appear again

Currently have created an IVR map that consists of multiple simple menus (selections 1-9), each of which have their own custom voice clips. Each simple menu is different except for options 7-9 that are the same (i.e.: repeat menu, go back 1, go back to main).

Is there a way to have just 1 voice recording for options 7-9 so you only have to record this once instead of having to append the voice portion for options 7-9 to every simple menus' voice recordings?

Any features like:
- Add more than 1 voice clip to a simple menu (play A and B)?
- Say variable during a simple menu? Could do Say Variable (options 1-6) then simple menu (7-9)  though would you lose the ability to press 1-6 during the Say Variable?
- Jump during a simple menu? Could create a separate page with options 7-9 there... though, how do you jump back to your simple menu?
