We had the number 877-450-8899.  We printed signs.  Now the number is missing from our account!  PLEASE this is urgent - could you reinstate the number your system seems to have removed.... Also i could not add money to your system, you sent me an email that i could do it now, but I want to make sure you guys don't lose our numbers and your service stays up and running... You can also call me at 858-945-5601... Please help!

p.s. Your contact form on your web site does not work!  I see no other way of anyone being able to contact your company!  We would like to know that you will stay up and running and will not be down.  We also couldn't add money to our account, you say this is working now in an email to me, but I would like to know if the removal by your system of our 877 number is a bug or what happened before we advertise our number any more...

Cannot see or prove that you are getting my feedback in the contact us section.  When entering in a critical "CONTACT US", it is refreshing the page and not saying "Message received".. I don't think you guys are getting any outside messages from customers!  Do you have phone support?
