After people navigate our menu they are connected with a phone. Unfortunately the number rings once then hangs up on the caller before we can pick up. This just started happening a couple weeks ago, even though no changes have been made to the system in months.
How do i fix it?
when I dial my number (888 601 3015) I get a message saying that the cellular customer is unavailable. Sometimes it is in spanish. This is very unprofessional, and it might mean I have to stop using your service. I just got a direct call to my cell from someone who says they had been trying to reach us through the system for over a week. Please advise and compensate.
