			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Logging inbound call information.]]></title>

			<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>So far, I love QuickFuse I have been able to quickly build an inbound IVR for my research. The only missing piece that I have not been able to figure out is how to log calls. Specifically, I would like to log what the user did the moment they dial into the system, complete with time stamps, and which options they choose and how long it took. For each caller, I would like to take this information and add it to a table for further analysis. Please tell me this is possible in QuickFuse, please? If so, please tell me how. Could you check if it&#039;s suffering from the same issue and if it can be rolled back to a previous state, preferably the most recent non-corrupted one? We&#039;re also in a similarly dire situation where we have a deadline to meet tomorrow and it&#039;d be good if this could get resolved as soon as possible.</p><p>Thank you for any help in advance.</p><p>---</p><p>Update: Another person who was shared on the app was able to clone an older revision (3 revision numbers back) which seems to be editable and with minimal change loss so crisis averted! However, I&#039;m not sure how this problem happened and is there a better way to avoid it in the future? When I tried cloning, the first three revisions that were discarded all did not load after being cloned.</p>]]></summary>

			<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>It doesn&#039;t seem like there&#039;s a way to get the system to automatically bill a certain credit card when we reach a certain threshold and there aren&#039;t any low-balance notifications.</p><p>Logging on every &#039;x&#039; amount of time to check the balance of the account isn&#039;t really an option, either.</p><p>Is there something I&#039;d be able to see from either the upload/download API or the outbound call queue API that would alert me to a lack of money?&nbsp; Ideally, I&#039;d like it to just fail. If I&#039;m unable to upload new calls or start the campaign and get an error, I&#039;ll at least know I need to add funds.</p><p>I&#039;ve been trying to use up all of my $30 trial money to see what happens, but that is taking longer than I expected.</p>]]></summary>

			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Passing the "Result" of Outbound IVR to WebService]]></title>

			<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;ve reserved a &quot;Result&quot; variable in my app and used the params/fields syntax in the start of the campaign to link the two.</p><p>If I manually set the value of the field (through &quot;Update Current Row&quot;), the variable shows whatever value I set the field to, so the link between the field and parameter seem fine.</p><p>During the beginning or end of the call, though, if attempt to pass the result to my webservice, the result seems to be blank.</p><p>What I&#039;m trying to capture is whether the call succeeded, whether it was busy, no answer, etc.</p><p>Is that information only available once the call has ended and, if so, what&#039;s the best way for me to accomplish my goal?</p>]]></summary>
